How the Customers KPI's are calculated
Number of customers that registered in the last 30 days.
Customers with a number of invoiced orders twice as high as the average active customer is considered to be VIP.
Customered that registered but never completed an order.
At Risk Customers
Customers that have ordered in the past, but have not placed any order in the last 6 months.
Customers that placed only one complete order.
Customers that placed orders in the past, but didn't place any order in the last 90 days.
